154. Supercharge Your Development With a PDP

Welcome to the first in our 4-part focus all about stretching our comfort zone. Pushing ourselves to boost confidence, energy and pride but without feeling negative pressure and stress. This episode is all about setting a Personal Development Plan (PDP) which is a great way to set stretch goals that enable a sense of progress over time. Setting a PDP is a tangible reminder that a) you are important and b) that time is precious. It enables a self-led learning approach which is empowering as it means you can always develop your skills, confidence and competence even if you are not in a position to attend a formal training programme. Having seen hundreds of different ways to set them, we share tips for creating your own PDP  - people have changed their lives with just some scribbles on a notepad.
