In todays episode we chat with Jay Faires about his journey from founding Mammoth records and being the head of A&R at Atlantic records to his latest venture The Wellness Agency which was born from the idea that Big Food, Big Pharma, and Western medicine are often making us sicker, not better and that there is a moral imperative to push back from these broken systems we have in place to find better alternative solutions that are steeped in science and results and not woo-woo Coming from a background of working with musicians it wasn't always sleeping well and eating greens for Jay so he shares the knowledge his journey has bestowed upon him with us and the tips, books and people who have helped him live a better more productive life along the way
