Should you watch 'From Beijing with Love' from 1994? Ok, I have to put the actual description from IMDB as you will think I am making this up. "An incompetent 007-wannabe is sent to locate a stolen dinosaur skull." What?!? This is from director Stephen Chow from "Kung Fu Hustle" fame. This is one of the worst english dubbing of a Chinese movie I have seen in a long time.
