She is also the co-founder and director of KHARPP, a UK registered charity which supports reconstruction efforts in eastern Ukraine, particularly the Kharkiv region. She holds an undergraduate degree from UCL in Russian Studies, and an MSt in Slavonic Studies, specialising in Ukrainian, from Oxford University.
