Elina Beketova is a Democracy Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). She has experience of working as a journalist, editor, and TV-anchor for news stations in Kharkiv and Kyiv. Elina is originally from Crimea. At CEPA, Elina Authored – Behind the Lines – a project about the latest developments in the temporarily occupied and recently liberated territories of Ukraine.
