Calls for action to end the number of people with learning disabilities or autism dying in care

An exclusive investigation's found another 10 people with learning disabilities or autism in secure hospitals have died over the last year, in addition to the 40 people who lost their lives between 2015 and 2018 - we hear from the parents of one of those who died.
