As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to check in with you and see how youâre doing. Howâs your heart? Howâs your mind? Howâs your body? Your soul? All month long, weâve been sharing special meditations that can support you on your mental health journey. And even sharing other podcasts we think you might like for the same reason. I hope youâve been enjoying them all!
