We made it to a brand new year! 2023 already, I can’t believe it!I hope you were able to get a lot of rest and relaxation during your break with your friends and family. I know that some of you might be thinking that you don’t want to head back to work and I get it, so whether you’re back already or preparing to head back, I figured you might not need therapy ideas right now, you might need more of a pep talk.
