#231 Amy Wallhermfechtel went from hippie, teacher and historian to software engineer

Amy took us on a wild ride, made of embracing crazy adventures by fear of failure. We talked about her time as a hippie in a commune, her time in academia, and during her Ph.D., we spoke about transferring skills from one career to the next. We discussed slowly coming to software engineering and how she approached this next transition. And finally, we talked about her positioning as a highly skilled professional yet junior software engineer.  Here are the links from the show:https://www.twitter.com/BattleAxAmyCreditsCover Heliotrope by Blue Dot Sessions is licensed CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.Your host is Timothée (Tim) Bourguignon, more about him at timbourguignon.fr.Gift the podcast a rating on one of the significant platforms https://devjourney.info/subscribeSupport the show
