#235 Jean-Philippe LeBlanc from truck driver to engineering organisations builder

Jean-Philippe pinpointed the start of his journey at age 11 when his mother placed the family computer in his bedroom. JP talked about his childhood, discovering coding, and the internet, being an excellent student, promising greatness, and dropping out. He spoke of being unable to find a tech job and working as a truck driver. He then explained how he started doing phone support and grew to become the leader of a few hundred employees while following his passion: learning. He explained how "being packaged out" came as a wake-up call. He described the last segment of his life in engineering leadership and how he found purpose in building systems of humans. Here are the links from the showhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/jphilippeleblanc/CreditsCover Legends by HoliznaCC0 is licensed CC0 1.0 Universal License.Your host is Timothée (Tim) Bourguignon, more about him at timbourguignon.fr.Gift the podcast a rating on one of the significant platforms https://devjourney.info/subscribeSupport the show
