Speaking of Partnership: Personal Stories of the Power and Payoffs of Partnership - En podcast af Ken Bechtel

Henare O’Brien’s commitment in this world is to guide people to knowing themselves deeply through both spiritual and personal development. He is committed to this in himself and was led along this path after many years of being disconnected from his truth. Henare studies and applies every technology available including NLP, Ontology, Landmark Education, Spiritual Teachings and various Success Principles.  He is driven to know and experience the depths of love. He asks himself, if a man on a cross died while saying “father forgive them for they know not what they do” then could he experience this level of love in himself and share it with others? He operates from the perspective that only through his own inner growth that he can powerfully support people on their journey. Guiding Principle, Quote or Mantra Never to assume that I know.  We are so conditioned to predict what is going to happen based on our past experiences that we never let ourselves into the uncertainty of what is new. When You Tripped Up Henare’s wife, Kate, is stepping into her grand feminine power.  This is creating a paradigm shift. Though it is a “fish out of water” scenario, he is clear that he is learning how to be a co-creator, a co-facilitator, a co-lover and co-husband with the woman he has been with for 11 years. Proudest moment in partnership When Henare was able to be fully present with both his wife, Kate, and his sone at the birth of his son. Current Partnership that Has You Excited Henare has created triads outside of his family to support emerging futures that aren’t designed in the past. They are exploring how to un-conseal a new future that is already there. The “DUH” moment that changed your partnerships forever When you are at a point of transformation where you’ve gotta let go, you’ve gotta let go of everything that you’ve learned.  So nothing you have learned will work in that moment of growth. We get stuck in our personal development because we think we need to hold on to those things. At some stage you’ve got to let it all go just to go to the next stage.  That’s what transformation is. What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received? Inside the person is the goal of the advice they are looking for.  Every question we ask is a deep internal question that needs to be answered by the person asking it.
