Police in New Jersey are searching for missing 25-year-old, Stephanie Parze. The makeup artist was last seen alive in a snapchat message that showed her driving home. Parze has been missing for five days. In California, a man opened fire during a family birthday party, shooting his father and a friend before turning the gun on himself.   Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma, have taken fugitive felon Laura Palmer into custody. Palmer, who has evaded capture for two months, is charged with kidnapping a woman, holding her captive for two days, and subjecting her to rape and torture.   Finally, in Alabama, an escaped prisoner with prior convictions for statutory rape was captured in the company of a missing 16 year old girl.
