A San Diego man faces arson and first degree murder charges in a house- fire that killed his parents and sister. In Kerala, India, the crimes of a female serial killer are coming to light; housewife Jolly Joseph has confessed to murdering at least six people over 14 years, and police are now investigating her in relation to more deaths.
