The second edition of the popular Big Visions series, Cooking Up a Storm, is now available through all major retailers and the Vision Australia Library.  Sam chats with the star of Cooking Up a Storm, Craig Shanahan, a blind chef from Sydney who is the founder of Blind Chef Cafe in Penrith. Craig is also the winner of a Blind Australian of the Year award for his work promoting inclusion and awareness of disability in the local community.
