Human cells ageing 'reversed by 30 years'

Researchers have found a way to reverse the ageing of human cells by 30 years. They tried a new technique on human skin cells, and managed to partly restore the function of older cells, while renewing their biological age at the same time.London Zoo is using jumping spiders to try to help people overcome their arachnophobia.
