US military dogs trialling augmented reality goggles for combat | Friday, October 9 2020

The US army is trialling new tech for their combat dogs. Augmented reality goggles developed by Command Sight are being tested so handlers can give commands from a distance. Soldiers see what the dog sees through a video stream, giving directions via a visual indicator inside the dog’s goggles.
