Let me share my practitioner and client perspective on doing emotional work whilst pregnant. This was a great question asked in Emotional Body Training. The answer is yes and no! It depends on the practitioner and it depends on the client. The best time to do your emotional work is pre pregnancy, pre kids etc… but it’s never too late. I talk about it all and try and cover as many aspects as possible.
