I’m excited to have Brian Dow on the show today. He is the Chief Executive of Rethink Mental Illness, and the Managing Director of Mental Health UK – a coalition of four charities across the UK. Brian is also Co-Chair of the National Suicide Prevention Alliance. He began his career as a broadcast journalist in Scotland, moving to the BBC in London.
