Gordon Lightfoot

Gordon Lightfoot was Canada's most successful contemporary folk artist, establishing himself as an important songwriter in the mid-'60s and going on to become a major international recording star in the following decade. Calling in from Toronto, Gordon talked about his new album, Solo, life without a cell phone, doing beer commercials, his friendship with Bob Dylan, and being a part of a scene that included Joni Mitchell, and Neil Young.
