Just like it's our resistance to happiness that keeps us sad, it's our resistance to love that encourages the darkness. Sigmund Freud dedicated his life to this work; he studied resistance after discovering that one of his patients wasn't improving because he did not want to improve. I have written a meditation today that is designed to help you analyse the resistance. Take some time out to find where this comes from, and then let go so that you can live a life of joy.
