According to psychology studies, the first 7 seconds, you meet another person you automatically make 11 different judgements.Yes, in only 7 seconds you place this person into 11 different boxes! And all of these boxes are made-up in your head, they are all based on how you sense their energy, how you read that person. And the same thing is done to you! - You are being boxed just the same.The purpose of this old habit was initially to help us to create order in our heads. Be aware of possible danger or threat in our lives - the problem with that ancient role is that it's preventing people from having the freedom to be who they were born to be. It’s holding people back, it’s holding people back from being the highest version of themselves. so…Is this fatal attraction to boxes unchangeable?Is it impossible to change this human behaviour? I’m asked and I ask myself these questions all the time.However, I’ve made a conscious choice to do something about this and follow Audrey Hepburn quote which said:Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!
