She is a proud Founding Member and the Inaugural President of the Canadian Academy of Veterinary Nutrition (CAVN) and was delighted to join the University of Georgia’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020 as the Nestlé Purina Petcare Clinical Assistant Professor of Nutrition. She leads the small but mighty Clinical Nutrition Service which has grown to include of two ACVIM (Nutrition) Residents and two Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) since 2021.
