Dr. David Nolan is Chair and Professor in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science of the University of Miami. He is an expert on hurricanes, tropical meteorology, computer modeling of weather phenomena, and tornadoes.
