Ep. 49 - Reclaiming the Body in a Spiritual World, with Dr. Robin Drury
On this episode of the Deep Share, I sat down with Dr. Robin Drury, the owner of Road to Wellness Chiropractic and Nutrition, and also my neighbor! Robin and I met in a Massachusetts Freedom group a year ago and I've been interested in the work she does ever since. Robin is also a life coach, a yoga instructor, a dedicated mother, and she shares a lot of the same ideas & ideals I've been focused on lately. We frame a good portion of this discussion on the importance of the physical body in our not-so-strictly physical experience here and reintegration of our body's abilities into our modern, more spiritually minded world.
