The UK High Court And Their Intervention In Prince Andrew/Virginia Roberts Lawsuit

Back in September 2021, the High Court of England and Wales agreed to intervene to ensure that legal papers from a U.S. civil lawsuit could be formally served on Prince Andrew. Virginia Giuffre, who alleged Andrew had sexually assaulted her after being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein, had filed her suit in a New York federal court. Her legal team had struggled to complete service under U.K. law and the Hague Service Convention, with Andrew’s lawyers contesting the validity of various delivery attempts.
