Discussion/Self-Reflect Questions: · Does ‘all’ people really mean all people? · How does diversity, equity, and inclusion show up within your organization? · What is your organization’s rubric of success regarding equity and equitable outcomes? · How do the people of color feel on your staff within your organization and leadership teams? Do they feel respected, valued, and appreciated? Do they feel included? Are they receiving the same levels of promotions as the next person?
