Her forthcoming book is tentatively titled “A Full-Value Ruble: The Promise of Prosperity in the Postwar Soviet Union, 1945-1964.” Samantha Lomb is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Foreign Languages at Vyatka State University in Kirov, Russia. She the author of Stalin’s Constitution: Soviet Participatory Politics and the Discussion of the 1936 Draft Constitution published by Routledge.
