There are so many options for relieving cold symptoms, but how do you know which one or ones will be best suited to your experience of illness? In today’s episode, I break down the most common types of coughs that occur with viral and bacterial infections, and which herbs are best suited to them. I also include multiple recipes for tea, chest, rubs, syrups, and elixirs.
