64. Tinnitus, Vertigo, and Licorice

Today’s episode is the final episode of the 2023 year, and it focuses on two symptoms that I commonly see together in people who have tendencies toward low blood pressure and a slow pulse. I explain why this tendency occurs, along with herbs I commonly work with to create balance in the cardiovascular system and relieve symptoms of dizziness and ringing in the ears. Herbs mentioned include licorice, rosemary, ginger, black pepper, red clover, American ginseng, Yarrow, clove, ground ivy, black, cohosh, golden seal, wood betony, Hawthorn, reishi, motherwort, peppermint, feverfew. Angelica, ginger, geranium, monarda, Linden, and blue vervain. Thank you for listening to today’s episode!
