Gina Dellabarca: GM of Consumer Banking & Wealth at Westpac

Gina Dellabarca was appointed Westpac NZ General Manager of Consumer Banking and Wealth in early 2020, having spent the previous five years as General Manager of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. She is responsible for leading Westpac’s Consumer network, together with the Private Wealth Management division, Contact Centres and Operations.Since joining Westpac in 1998, Gina has held a number of senior leadership roles. Gina lead both Commercial and Retail businesses across Westpac in both the North and South Island.Gina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University and is an accredited Organisational Coach recognised through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
