She has a background in Accounting, Economics and Web Development, all of which she uses now as an entrepreneur. Kendall enjoys the new challenge that comes with growing a mission driven impact business, where she can seek to make a difference in our communities. She has been widely recognised for her efforts, winning the 2018 Young Māori Business Leader and 2019 Young New Zealander of the Year. "I think there's a bit of misconception around tech. People often think that you have to be the math or science geek and be really switched on in terms of numbers. But to me, tech's really just more creative. I like the possibilities of what you can build, how you can improve lives, how you can solve problems all through tech and you can do it in a pretty cost-effective, quick way."
