#174 Trixy Castro: If You're The Smartest Person In The Room, Find Another Room

Trixy started her first business when she was 14: Trixy's Tutor Time. She eventually hired her parents to be her drivers and expanded the business exponentially. That was just the beginning. Trixy has continued to create income and impact, most notably in the real estate sector. The daughter of Cuban immigrants who instilled in her to work hard and pursue the “American Dream", she saw a need to revolutionize a new way for the disposition of distressed single family homes. Trixy helped create a tech platform that could do it all in one location, whether a home buyer, real estate agent, bank, or a government agency and this became Genesis Auctions.  In 2015, Genesis Auctions merged with Hudson & Marshall, the oldest auction real estate company in America.  Hudson & Marshall is one of the USA's premier real estate auction companies. She sold the platform to Fidelity National Title in May of 2017.
