Sharon and I connected thanks to a Google search that led her to one of my YouTube videos about Mailchimp (ohhhh Mailchimp, you are a beautiful and complicated beast!). Sharon looked into me and noticed there was a conference coming up in January 2021 for female entrepreneurs. Sharon, bestselling author of “The Girl In The Garage”, responded to my ask for speakers and was quickly introduced to the Fempreneur Community on Instagram Live. After the conference, Sharon and many of the conference attendees joined FempreneurLand, an online platform where female entrepreneurs participate in weekly leadership and marketing training and connection events.
