Charmaine hates admitting this, because she still receives so many messages from her brick-and-mortar gym clients, but she is loving her life more nowadays. Since closing both her gym locations in Calgary, Alberta, Charmaine's life is simple and fun, because she now runs a simple and fun online business.Her number one priority is her family. Her new online business has been constructed in a way that will always allow her to put her family first.In this episode, Charmaine admits it still breaks her heart to read messages from past clients who still haven't found a community like Ironside Fitness. So many friendships began there. However, she admits leading her community left her feeling too busy day after day - for over seven years! She had two gym locations in Calgary. She was a workaholic.
