Matt Theriault is the owner of Epic Real Estate, a company that helps both new and veteran investors elevate their real estate game and improve their cash flow. He and his team educate students on how to find the right deals and where to find properties that will suit their risk appetite as well as provide personal coaching services. He has been in the real estate business since 2003 but served as a former US Marine prior to being an investor. Today, Matt shares his wisdom on how to start and run your own real estate company.
