Shelley Kerr: Why listening is an under rated skill

As manager of the Scotland women's team, Shelley Kerr led them to qualify for the World Cup for the first time in 2019. A former Scottish international, Shelley captained Scotland as well as clubs including Kilmarnock and Hibernian.
