115. How Can I Feel Worthy?

Recently, a courageous woman wrote in and asked me, “Sarah, how can I feel like I’m worthy enough to do what I want to do?” I almost fell out of my chair. The question is so honest and so relatable … but also heartbreaking.  I loved how this question was asked because people sometimes ask this question more indirectly.  Maybe it’s something like, “How can I get rid of Imposter Syndrome” or “Why am I afraid of success?” I believe that at the heart of all these ways of asking, there’s just one underlying fear: Am I good enough? In this episode, I give you a very powerful tool you can use to get to the heart of this question. If you actually use it, it’s a million dollar tool — no joke. Obviously, you don’t have to use it. This can just be a nice episode you listened to one time … but I say, go for it. ;-)  Learn more about your host by visiting www.sarahwalton.com
