A Very Spidey Holiday Special
To say the least, this week’s episode is a mega one. However, unlike most of our giant sized episodes this one has two themes celebrated: Spider-Man and the Holiday Season! After over a year of waiting and following updates on this exciting multiverse movie, Spider-Man: No Way Home is finally here and it is awesome! We review the new best Spider-Man movie and break down some Easter Eggs in it setting up for future MCU projects.Our good friend Kyle from Jetpack Comics & Games joins us in the Jetpack Launchpad to discuss what’s been going on at the store, what comics we’ve been reading lately and more. We also talk about our favorite Spider-Man movie moments, our personal classic Christmas movies and what superheroes we would love to see holiday specials for. For Tales From the Dollar Bin, our Dad joins us to review all sorts of Spider-Man comics like the first one Dad ever read, the return of the Sinister Six and Spider-Man and MJ’s very chaotic Christmas as well as Holiday specials for characters such as Punisher, The Phantom, Thanos, Buckaroo Banzai and more.Jack and Artie also break down some casting announcements for the new Blue Beetle movie set in the DC Extended Universe starring Cobra Kai’s Xolo Mariduena as Jamie Reyes coming out in August of 2023.
