Welcome back to my ~glamorous~ life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In this special month of HOT GIRL SUMMER BODY we are breaking down the "summer body/bikini body" physically and mentally. This week I am talking in circles about the negative affect (or is it effect?) social media can have on ones body image & self esteem. I share my stories of comparing my body to other accounts, my obsession with following "FITSPO" content, how IG photos are a highlight reel, how we never know what is real fake or posed, and share my tips on how to keep my social media positive. I really want people to embrace their bodies as they are and realize that they do not need to change how they look, act, and are to fit this "summer body" mold.
