And for today's episode, we're going to talk about how to kick bad habits to the curb and get more done. Most people have good intentions. Most people want to build businesses. Most people want to just be really productive, right? Well, when I actually meet with people and break down what they're doing, I'm always shocked time and time again, about how they say they're working. And they think they are, right? Like the intentions are pure, but when we actually break it down. And I had them do time studies for me, I'm always shocked, and then I'm not shocked because it's so common, where they actually are not working that much on their businesses. There's a lot of "fake working" happening, or they're scrolling, or being distracted. I mean, I'll be honest. I just found this really cute website on Instagram the other day. I don't know how it happened, but suddenly I was shopping. So it happens to all of us, but we want to make sure that happens maybe once in a blue moon and not every day. Right? So what we want to look at is we want to actually have a resource to go to, to give us the structure throughout our day so we know exactly what to do. And we also need to be mindful when we have to have mom hat on, business builder on, when we're reaching out, we're doing social media content, connecting with people. And also when we put our leadership hat on, whether we're coaching a client and giving them some tough love, or we're working with our team, there are different hats that we wear. There's different roles that we play throughout the day. And if we're trying to be on our phones while our kids are talking to us, needing something, and we're just like shushing them away, you have to check yourself before you wreck yourself. I say that to my kids sometimes though, because they're getting a little older and it's real. It's a real thing. You've got to check yourself, okay? Because why are you you're doing this?
