Cari's work as a coach and mentor continue to make the sports world a better place for girls. Cari Klein is the Club Director for Sunshine Volleyball. Cari graduated from Irvine High School, where she played on Irvine’s State Championship volleyball team and was awarded California’s Most Valuable Player in 1988. She went on to play at Pepperdine University. She started Sunshine Volleyball Club in the fall of 1998, and the club now has 20-plus teams. Sunshine Volleyball has earned well over 100+ bids to Junior Nationals, and has had 18 top five finishes.
