Thank you so much for joining me today, we are talking about one of my favorite topics, what I call the nectar of life sleep. Are you getting enough? Everybody's worrying about do they have enough money? Do they have enough time? All you really need to worry about is, are you getting enough sleep? And then everything else will fall into place because it really is something you, you can't eat your way into good health without good sleep. You can't take a supplement exercise won't replace it. There's nothing that replaces sleep, but so many of us aren't getting enough. We have an epidemic of insomnia, particularly among women over 40. Why? Because of hormone imbalances. So my guest today, Devin Burke, is gonna come and shed some light on this topic. He's kind of a sleep maro, if you will, and he talks about you can't master what you don't measure.   (02:02): So we're gonna talk about how that applies to sleep.
