Episode Notes My conversation with Vidya revolves around Kathag, Yoga, We would like to welcome Vidya Warrier, a Kathak dancer, teacher, and a film maker. She’s been learning dance since the age of five, received her degree in Kathak from Prayag University in Allahabad, and now seeks to use Dance as a medium to convey a powerful message. Her creativity spans from dance to videography and she currently runs a Youtube channel called The Dancing Warrier, where she seeks to marry her two biggest passions in life - Yoga and Dance.
