Vidha lal, a multi-faceted Kathak exponent is a disciple of renowned guru and Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee guru Smt. Geetanjali Lal of Jaipur Gharana. Vidha holds a masters degree with distinction and gold medalist from Indira Kala sangeet Vishwavidalaya , Khairagarh, Chattisgarh. She has completed her diploma hons (11 years training), from the National Institute of Lathak, New Delhi in the year 2000 and also a merit scholarship holder of Kathak Kendra, New Delhi. She is a graduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi. Vidha is an empanelled artist of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and ‘A’ graded artist from Delhi Doordarshan. She has Performed in many prestigious festivals in India and abroad including Khajuraho dance festival, Nishagandhi festival, Milap Fest Liverpool , Dance India Asiad Pacific Singapore, Sydney Dance Festival Australia.
