Jesse Itzler on Living Life With Urgency

Jesse Itzler has built an incredible life resume loaded with unique experiences across a variety of different fields.  He transitioned a rap career in his 20's into a number of successful business ventures – beginning when he Co-Founded MarquisJet, a private jet card company, in 2001. He has since helped develop Zico coconut water and sell it to Coca-Cola, and purchased an ownership stake in the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks. Beyond his business experience, Jesse is a passionate endurance athlete who has completed a number of extreme events over the last few decades. He ran the 100-mile USA National Ultra Marathon in Texas in 2006, as well as a 25-mile stand up paddle event around Manhattan.  He notoriously spent 30 days living and training with Navy SEAL David Goggins – an experience that led Jesse to write his bestselling book, Living with a SEAL. Jesse has built much of his life around longevity – from the way he eats and trains to the way he sleeps, thinks, and recovers – all in an effort to live a long and vital life.
