EKKOZONE was formed with the dream of creating a truly virtuoso ensemble that would tackle the classical avant-garde, minimalism and cross-over projects equally well. Esteemed percussionist Mathias Reumert leads the ensemble and in this live program he introduces Ekkozone and we get to listen to two live recordings of Ligeti and Bryars pieces recorded at Atlas in Aarhus. 'Astrup Fearnley' is a piece talking about art, money and how to work without working at a blue-chip private art collection in Oslo during the summer of 2012. Written and read by MOA ALSKOG. Moa is Swedish, but resides in Copenhagen. She joins us live in the studio and introduces her piece.
