Each Summer, around the Lake Tuusula, 30 minutes outside Helsinki, Finnish violinist virtuoso Pekka Kuusisto hosts and programs the Our Festival / Meidän Festivaali. In this program he introduces his festival and talks about how you program music in intimate settings like the house of the late Jean Sibelius and how he interprets the concept of chamber music. The program also features American folk singer Sam Amidon (who just released another very nice album) performing live with Pekka Kuusisto at Our Festival.
