Myles shares some evolving ideas about how the role should be reframed to reflect the changing realities of the digital age, moving from a focus on courses and projects to thinking like the manager of a natural ecosystem, where not everything can be tamed and controlled. This involves being hands-off in some areas and allowing elements of 'wildness' into the picture.
