038 Through Trauma into Joy

In this episode, we welcome another fantastic human being, Anna Knight. She is a coach, survivor and changemaker. Anna helps women and nonbinary people own their individuality and navigate the storms life throws at them. She is also a speech and language therapist and a lead coach.  We had a conversation about domestic abuse, the trauma it produces in people's lives, and what we can do to heal from it. Anna talked about her abusive marriage and how she got out of it. We also touched on post-traumatic growth, toxic positivity and self-forgiveness.
