041 Be Your Power

I'm beyond excited about today's episode, and I feel blessed to have the opportunity of sharing this space with the magical Brita Fernandez. Brita is an advocate and promoter of women's power, women's rights and equality. For more than 25 years, she promoted women's power, gender, equality and development with a range of national and international development and human rights institutions. She is an author, public speaker and transformational coach, co-founder of Women for Women International in Germany, and ambassador for Common Purpose and Mumble Forum.  In this episode, we had a heartwarming conversation about turning fear into a superpower, connecting soul to soul with the people around us, the distinction between making a choice and being in choice, empowerment vs. in-powerment, and much more. With time, Brita would realise that when we go through our fears and follow our fierce, we can create a massive impact around us. She feels that teaming up with other women is the way to go, stepping into each other's power to generate collective healing.
